- Bachelor’s degree with a good track record of organization / extracurricular activity is preferred
- Proven track record in the remote working environment is a must, you must at least ever landed a 1.000 USD bid and delivering 10.000 USD project in total using a popular remote working platform such as Freelancer.com, or UpWorks.com.
- Social media expert know how to craft good post for a different type of social media, and manage the account
- Able to craft a press release, and do necessary action (eg: contacting media) to make sure that it published.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to track and report periodic sales activity with multiple clients, and handle the aftersales.

- Register and maintaining a high informed profile account in the popular remote working site such as Freelancer.com, Upworkers.com, Outsourcely.com, etc
- Register and maintaining a high informed profile account in the local legal project bidding platform such as LPSE, and LKPP, and also the private one such as Projects.co.id.
- Handling daily bid for projects and follow up inquiries from prospective clients.
- Create and manage external communication using our official digital channel such as Instagram, newsletters, Facebook fan page, LinkedIn page, TikTok, or any other popular social media to ensure high awareness of ARUTALA’s brand and high image of company’s identity.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
