What You’ll Do:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Own the sales target of the company
Continuously deal-sourcing new opportunities for the company.
Follow up and make sure that deals happen between Arutala and its prospectus.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Create and manage external communication using our official channel such as Instagram, newsletters, facebook fan-page, LinkedIn page.
Handle communication with clients, or stakeholders if necessary
What You’ll Need
You have a diploma/degree level education (preferable but not limited to management & business)
You can make sure that the deal happens with our corporate clients.
Handle day to day communication between Arutala and the client to make sure the delivery of works.
Proven work experience as a sales & business development
Have a track record of handling corporate deals valued more than 100 Million IDR for Junior Role, and more than 1 Billion IDR for the Senior Role.
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to track and report periodic sales activity with multiple clients, and handle the aftersales.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Understand the engineering industry, heavy equipment or information technology will be preferred.
