What You’ll Do:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Own the sales target of the company
  • Continuously deal-sourcing new opportunities for the company.
  • Follow up and make sure that deals happen between Arutala and its prospectus.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Create and manage external communication using our official channel such as Instagram, newsletters, facebook fan-page, LinkedIn page.
  • Handle communication with clients, or stakeholders if necessary

What You’ll Need

  • You have a diploma/degree level education (preferable but not limited to management & business)
  • You can make sure that the deal happens with our corporate clients.
  • Handle day to day communication between Arutala and the client to make sure the delivery of works.
  • Proven work experience as a sales & business development
  • Have a track record of handling corporate deals valued more than 100 Million IDR for Junior Role, and more than 1 Billion IDR for the Senior Role.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to track and report periodic sales activity with multiple clients, and handle the aftersales.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Understand the engineering industry, heavy equipment or information technology will be preferred.
